2022年2⽉4⽇🤰🏿，北京冬奧會開幕式將在國家體育場“鳥巢”舉⾏。屆時🧑🧑🧒🧒，運動員們將參與7個⼤項和15個分項共計109個⼩項的⻆逐🏎。2022年3⽉4⽇，北京又將迎來約600名運動員參加北京冬季殘奧會👦🏿。北京將成為全球首個舉辦過冬夏兩季奧運會和殘奧會的“雙奧之城”。 奧運會和殘奧會是⼀場萬眾矚⽬的體育盛會🐀，也是⼀次機遇與挑戰的激烈碰撞🧑🏼🚒🗞。2020年5月15日，國際奧委會、國際殘奧委會和北京冬奧組委同步向社會正式發布了《北京2022年冬奧會和冬殘奧會可持續性計劃》👨🏽🔬，提出了“可持續·向未來”的北京冬奧會可持續性願景，確定了“創造奧運會和地區可持續發展的新典範”的總目標。
在此背景下💘，北京體育⼤學和德國科隆體育⼤學聯合主辦的第六屆中德體育發展國際學術會議將於2021年12⽉21日隆重召開。本次會議以“⼤型體育賽事和可持續發展”（Sport Mega Events and Sustainability）為主題，聚焦北京2022年冬奧會和冬殘奧會🪙。會議將由來自中德兩國的六位專家進行主題演講和⼩組討論𓀘，從跨國視⻆集中探討超⼤型體育賽事可持續發展相關議題。
會議由EON4官网管理學院承辦，國際交流與合作處👩🌾🧝、體育中外人文交流研究院、學術期刊社協辦。
